Setting Goals

Do you have goals for yourself?  What stops you from putting them out there?  For me it is the fear that I will fail.  This fear has stopped me from achieving my goals, it has even sabotaged me from achieving them.  So I decided that it is time to put at stop to that!

See the weight on my drivers licence has not been right since I was 16.  I never changed it, (mostly because I did not want to admit my weight) but then again how many of us have the "correct" weight on our licence?  Well my birthday is coming up.  I have set a goal for myself.  I decided that I am going to be the weight less than what it says.  So how am I going to do that?

First as I have said before I am a BeachBody Coach.  This is the best job I have ever had.  Why?  Because I get to help others achieve their goal.  I have always wanted to help others!  I have learned so much and now have so many tools at my fingertips to end the trend!
I had some amazing results for the first challenge I participated in.  Now I am doing TurboFire.  I make sure that I am following the schedule every day.  I also  eat what is on my plan.  I also think that one of the key points to help me to achieve my goals is to drink my water.  All of these together is going to help me to achieve my goals.

I am amazed how in 90 days so much changed.  Not only is my body changed but mind has changed.  I am happier than I ever thought possible.  I am excited because I am going to be guiding another group of people in June.  I want to see them achieve the same changes I have.  I know it is possible!!
